  • During the last few years the Group has developed and sold over 50 residential building lots, a 4 acre industrial park and purchased, master planned and sold a 10 acre waterfront multi family site.


Canada, Currently under development in Canada is a 54,000 square foot retail centre anchored by a Canadian Tire which will also include a national bank and a major restaurant chain. Completion is scheduled for 2011.

In the United States, Quatro has acquired a 250 lot residential development in the Boise, Idaho market. This project is expected to be built out over a 5 year period. Quatro has acquired residential building lots in the San Diego market and is actively investing in further opportunities in the San Diego market.

FUTURE PLANS AND OPPORTUNITIES


Going forward, we have decided to expand and increase the size of our development and investment efforts in Canada and the US. 

As a result we will expand our investor base to take advantage of opportunities in the various markets. Expansion will primarily be focused on markets where we have existing depth of knowledge and expertise, as well as, drawing on the relationships we have with many of the major national retail, institutional players and resort developers across North America.
