The Quatro Properties Group has been investing in real estate together since 2003.
These individuals are from senior levels of major real estate development and construction companies and have extensive experience in all types of commercial and residential development on a North American basis.  

Lorne Duthie - Principal, Investor and Managing Partner

Mr. Duthie has been involved in the Commercial Real Estate business for over 25 years.
Prior to full time involvement with the Quatro Group, he spent 3 years developing real estate for two large retail chains located in the western United States.  Before that he was with Future Shop Ltd., a national consumer electronics chain, for over 10 years where he was responsible for opening more than 100 retail store locations and constructing large warehousing and office facilities.
As head of the real estate department at Future Shop, he leased, developed and managed over 3 million square feet of commercial space across Canada and the western United States. Mr. Duthie also spent several years developing shopping centers for an affiliated company, Wesbild Properties in Vancouver and spent 2 years with a major life insurance company placing large commercial mortgages on properties across Canada.

Mr. Duthie has an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a B. Sc. in Construction Management from Central Washington University.

Len Robinson - Principal, Investor Partner 
 
Len has been in the commercial construction industry for more than 35 years.  Most recently he was President and COO of one of the largest construction companies in Canada.  Len was responsible for the operations and growth of more than 10 offices across North America, where he managed annual volumes of up to $500 million. Projects ranged is size from $1 million to $250 million, primarily in the commercial, Institutional, retail and residential markets.

As of January 2010, Len retired and is now able to oversee and manage construction and design of Quatro’s developments.

Ezio Bortolussi - Acquisitions Advisory Board, Investor  

As a principal investor in Quatro Properties, Ezio brings to our team a solid background in the construction and development arena earned through years of successful projects with some of the west coasts most prominent developers. With more than 40 years in the industry both nationally and internationally, Ezio owns and manages Newway Forming Structures one of the largest privately owned form work and concrete placing companies within the western United States and Canada. His firm maintains offices in San Diego, Seattle, Vancouver and Calgary with a staff of up to 400 personnel and annual volumes of up to $100M.   

Newway recently completed one of the tallest concrete structures in Western Canada, the 61 storey mixed-use Shangri-La hotel and residences, as well as, numerous high density residential multi-family developments in Vancouver and Calgary, Alberta.
Active in the US market, Newway is one of Bosa Developments’, (a major high-rise multi-family developer in California) preferred leading concrete forming contractors for development projects in both San Diego and Irvine. Newway has also undertaken numerous projects in Seattle and Portland areas.
