Land Development - Boise, Idaho Market

As part of Quatro’s strategy to acquire distressed properties in select US markets, this project was acquired in 2010.

This 250 lot residential project is expected to take 5 years to build out. The Boise market has been one of the fastest growing markets in the United States for several decades but was the victim of severe overbuilding during the housing bubble.

We believe the Boise market will return to its growth days in several years and the project will provide superior returns to the shareholders over a 3 to 5 year period.

 

SAN DIEGO

The San Diego residential real estate market achieved price stability in 2009 and although sales volumes are relatively low, there are good opportunities to buy in select markets. 

Economic growth is slowly recovering and we believe  investments in both residential and commercial real estate will provide solid returns.  

Quatro has acquired residential building lots in the San Diego market and is actively pursuing several distressed projects in the San Diego market.
