This property was an outstanding opportunity to acquire 1,000 feet of low bank waterfront in a growing recreational area.

We worked closely with our engineer and city planners to design a comprehensive development consisting of single and multifamily lots fronting on a park and the waterfront.

During the development process we were approached by a large residential developer and agreed to sell the property on very favourable terms to the shareholders.
