It is shadow anchored by one of the busiest new Safeway stores in western Canada.

We recognized that this property had strong real estate fundamentals. It is located in the centre of a growing trade area, on a high traffic corner with superior visibility and access.

Quatro's asset management experience and skills have created substantial value and stability in the Plaza. During our ownership of the Plaza, all major tenants have been expanded and remodeled, additional national tenants have been added and cash flow has increase significantly.
